Delicious is a FREE bookmarking site that you organize. No matter where you are or what computer you are using, you'll have your bookmarks at your fingertips. There are even advanced options that allows you to view your friends' bookmarks. (This comes in handy when your friend finds all of the cool websites you wished you had found.)
